You have 30 days from the date you receive your CADDYBAR™ to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—undamaged, clean, and with all included components. Packaging does not need to be perfect, but the product must be resellable. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid return label and simple instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages, Issues, or Missing Parts
We stand behind every CADDYBAR™.
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or missing components (e.g., clips, hardware, straps, etc.), contact us right away with a photo and we will send free replacement parts or a full replacement depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Because CADDYBAR™ is an outdoor accessory system, most items are returnable. However, the following are not eligible for return:

Customized or special-order accessories (if applicable)
Propane and sand bottle holders are returnable unless they’ve been exposed to excessive heat or modified.
Exchanges
Need a different accessory or want to upgrade to a bundle?
Simply request a return, and once approved, place a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped into the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
