Installation Instructions

A. Drill Mount Installation

1. Preparation: Remove all components from packaging. Ensure your golf cart windshield frame is clean and dry[cite: 6]. Combine the Top Hook, M4 Screw, M4 Lock Washer, and T-Nut, and screw them together as shown below:
2. Locate two (2) Drill Mount Bars. Insert the assembled Top Hook mechanism into the channel, positioning them in the center channel bar in preparation for installation[cite: 6].
3. Locate two (2) Bottom Hooks and place two (2) M4 Set Screws into each[cite: 6]. Install them at the desired location and height on the Drill Mount Bar and tighten using the 2mm Hex Key[cite: 6].
4. Installation: Add the Drill Mount Bar onto the golf cart by pre-drilling holes using a 1/8th drill bit in the desired location and screwing two (2) M4 Tapping Screws into each side at the desired height[cite: 6]. Ensure you have enough room for accessories without obstructing vision or the dashboard[cite: 6].
5. Locate the CADDYBAR™. Add M4 Set Screws to T-Nuts and slide them into the bottom channel. Add End Caps to each side[cite: 6].
   IMPORTANT NOTE: T-Nuts with M4 Set Screws must be added before the end caps[cite: 6].
   
6. Secure the CADDYBAR onto the Bottom Hooks[cite: 6]. Slide T-Nuts with M4 Set Screws up against the Bottom Hooks on each side and tighten to lock into place using a 2mm Hex Key[cite: 6]. Slide the Top Hook down into the top channel of the CADDYBAR and lock into place by tightening the M4 Screws on each side using a 3mm Hex Key[cite: 6].
7. Final Check: Test the installation by gently pulling on the bar to ensure it is firmly attached and secure[cite: 6].

B. Non Drill Mount (Mini) Installation

1. Preparation: Remove all components from packaging[cite: 6]. Ensure your golf cart windshield frame is clean and dry[cite: 6].
2. Test the clamp fit on the struts to see how tight they are[cite: 6]. If the clamps can slide up and down, adhere the Rubber Pads to the Non Drill Mount Inner Clamp[cite: 6].
   NOTE: This product is not compatible with carts that use a windshield sleeve to connect the windshield[cite: 6].
   
3. Preload the M5x14mm Screw and M5 T-Nut into the Universal Mount, keeping a 2-4mm gap between the mount and the T-Nut[cite: 6].
4. Secure the CADDYBAR onto the Universal Mount[cite: 6]. Align the CADDYBAR up against the Universal Mount and tighten with the M5x14mm Screw and M5 T-Nut using a 3mm Hex Key[cite: 6]. (If the T-nut is tight, use a rubber mallet to advance the mount into the channel of the bar)[cite: 6]. Add End Caps to each side[cite: 6].
5. Add the Universal Mount with Bar, Non Drill Mount Outer Clamp, and Non Drill Mount Inner Clamp onto the golf cart and secure by screwing two (2) M5x20mm Screws into each side at the desired height[cite: 6]. Tighten to lock into place using a 3mm Hex Key[cite: 6].
6. Final Check: Test the installation by gently pulling on the bar to ensure it is firmly attached[cite: 6].

C. Rear Strut / Grab Bar Installation

1. Find the preferred CADDYBAR™ location and measure from outside the two (2) rear or grab bar vertical posts[cite: 6]. Cut the CADDYBAR to size using a metal circular electric saw if needed[cite: 6].
2. Preload the "L" Brackets with the Screws and Low-Profile T-Nut through the top and bottom channels of the CADDYBAR and lightly set them (note: the Low-Profile T-Nut "bump" should be facing away from the "L" Bracket)[cite: 6].
3. Set the "L" Brackets in the desired location while positioning them on the vertical struts to create a template for drilling[cite: 6]. Pre-drill the top holes with a 1/8 in. drill bit through each "L" Bracket and then drill two (2) M4 Tapping Screws into place[cite: 6]. Repeat steps for the lower "L" Brackets[cite: 6]. Add two (2) side caps to each end of the CADDYBAR[cite: 6].

Mobile Device Holder Assembly (Clamp or Magnet)

Loosen the handle on the phone holder shaft[cite: 6]. As you loosen the handle, one side of the shaft will begin to open[cite: 6]. Continue to loosen until that side is opened large enough to fit over the 25mm ball located on the accessory clip[cite: 6]. Assemble this end of the shaft onto the 25mm ball[cite: 6].

Pinch this side together with one hand while inserting the 17mm ball adapter into the other end[cite: 6]. You may need to loosen up the handle a little more to get it to fit[cite: 6].

Once this adapter is inserted, tighten the handle to lock in place[cite: 6]. Assemble either the phone clamp or the magnetic holder by unscrewing the nut on the back just enough to snap the 17mm ball end in place, then tighten the nut[cite: 6].

Tablet Holder Assembly

Using the 4 supplied screws, assemble the 25mm ball with plate to the back side of the tablet holder[cite: 6]. Loosen the handle on the phone holder shaft until one side opens to fit over the 25mm ball on the accessory clip[cite: 6]. Assemble this end onto the ball, pinch together while inserting the 25mm ball on the back of the tablet holder into the other end, and tighten the handle to lock in place[cite: 6].

Example of Accessories Installation

Tilt the accessory at an angle so that the rear upper hooks of the molded tray align with the bar’s top pocket[cite: 6]. Rotate the accessory toward the bar as shown[cite: 6]. Push or snap the accessory into its final upright position against the bar[cite: 6]. A "click" or gentle resistance indicates it is securely attached[cite: 6].

Example of Accessories Uninstallation

Start by pulling on the bottom tab to release the snap connection[cite: 6]. Tilt the accessory outward, rotating it slightly away from the bar[cite: 6]. Once the accessory is tilted enough to clear the snap, pull it upward to disengage the rear hooks from the bar’s top pocket, and lift it away completely[cite: 6].
